  We can supply you Minitary armored ballistic steel plates, which produced according to the China protection standard GJB 31A- 2000, means the specification for 30CrMnMoRE, 30CrNi2MnMoRE and 30CrNi3MoV steel plates for armour use. 

    Our main armored sheets : Wuyang Steel 603, 675, Gy4, Gy5, and imported PRO500.

1.  Material :  603 ( 30CrMnMoRE)

Standard:  GJB 31A - 2000

Chemical properties :   C ：0.26～0.32    Si ：0.30～0.60     Mn：1.05～1.55

              S ：≤0.025       P ：≤0.020             Cr：0.80～1.30    Mo：0.60～0.80
             RE：0.07～0.12 

Smelting Process :   Electric smelting furnace

Heat treatment :   Quenching : 900 - 930 ℃ ,  2 - 3 min/mm , water-cooling ;

                               Annealing: 600-630℃, 3-5 min/mm,  water-cooling.

2.  Material : Gy5  ( 26SiMnMo )

Chemical Properties

   C ：0.23～0.29     Si：1.20～1.60   Mn：1.20～1.60   P ：≤0.030  S ：≤0.030

     Cr：≤0.30  Ni：≤0.50     Mo：0.15～0.25   Cu：≤0.30

 Smelting Process :   Electric smelting furnace

  Heat treatment :    Quenching : 890 - 910 ℃ , 2 - 3 min/mm , water-cooling ;

                                         Annealing: 390 -410 ℃, 3-5min/mm,  water-cooling .

3.  Material：675 （ 30CrNi3MoV）

Chemical Properties

  C ：0.26～0.32    Si：0.15～0.35    Mn：0.30～0.50    P ：≤0.015
    S ：≤0.010          Cr：0.60～1.00    Ni：2.80～3.20    Mo：0.40～0.50
    RE：0.06～0.13

Smelting Process :   Electric smelting furnace + VHD

Heat treatment : Quenching : 870 - 910 ℃ , 2 - 3 min/mm , water-cooling ;

                                      Annealing:  580 - 620  ℃,  3 - 5 min/mm,  water-cooling .

4. Imported from Sweden armored steel plate : PROTECT 500.
