1992 –Tengri Fasteners Corporation completed its 10 years’ service
1994 –Tengri Fasteners Corporation changed its name and became Tengri Steel Group Corporation and began selling worldwide
1998 –Tengri Steel group merged Wuxi Tengchi Hardware Company  
1999 –Tengri Steel group acquired Suzhou Tengchi Fastener Company
2000 –Start to introduce lean-production methods to combine the flexibility and quality of craftsmanship with low costs of mass of production. 
2002 –Our 20th Anniversary Celebration took place in Shanghai and the strategy 2.0 established based on 1.0
2006 –Gradually build up the warehouse in-stock locations of the strategy 2.5
