On-line training platform and freely training programs are available to staff as a means to assist in process of attaining university qualifications that will enhance their ability to advance through the business.

Two cycles performance appraisal process twice a year which provides an opportunity for all staff to discuss career goals with their managers. Especially for branch staff, regular product knowledge training from both internal and external providers is also undertaken.
